About

Honest Orchard is a blog written by, Keith Mason. This blog is a place where I collect interesting bits from around the world and the very furthest reaches of the internet. I currently work as a digital designer making inspiring and accessible sites through the web from Bournemouth, where I live. My spare time is wasted blogging, playing guitar, banjo and hanging out with my aspiring photographer wife Faith.

I love writing and reading about design, life, retrospection, procrastination, inspiration and the world at large. Most of which ends up online here.

It’s one thing to crank this out on a computer, its something else..

I’ve been meaning to update this site for awhile and I’m so glad it’s finally finished. In addition to updating my portfolio I’ve built this blog to keep it company and give myself a avenue to write about inspiration, work and anything else that takes my fancy. I’m hoping this will become something of a..

El Lissitzky was someone I heard about early on back at University who was a Russian Artist and Designer. He worked on a range of materials but the thing that stands out for me is his work in print, namely due to the unique style which draws on design schools like constructivism quite heavily. The..
